Welcome to Karnataka Education Welfare & Cultural Society The society was established during the year 2009. A group of dynamic and young enthusiastic members were decided under the guidance of Sufi Hazrat Syed Ushaq Mohammed Quadiri  S/o Dr. M.D.H.H. Hazrat Syed Peer Basha Quadiri Chippagiri (Chupgiri Peeran) during the meeting to involve themselves in the social & cultural activities in slum areas of HUBLI-DHARWAD.

With noble intention of society and community service, the K.E.W.C.Society decided to start a School for the children in Gousiya Town old Hubli located in Karnataka. Due to weak economic and education background of people living in surrounding areas especially the adjacent slum areas were not able to send their children to school. The K.E.W.C.Society with the vision to empower these people started with the first step of establishing a school by opening nursery class in 2009-2010. After years of continuous hard work and service to the poor and slum people of the society, we were granted permission to start primary school in the year 2016. ...With great success dedication and good academic results we are now progressing to higher primary classes where regular classes from nursery to eighth standard are being conducted under the same premises.  There are more than 600 students now studying in the school with more than twenty four teaching and non teaching staff members closely monitoring these students and also teaching them about social values. With English as the medium of education at school we also prefer to teach Arabic and Urdu classes to the children who are interested. The students are also encouraged to take part in various sports activities and efforts are put in to take them to national and international levels.  Apart from the regular educational and academic activities various social welfare activities like free medical camp, tailoring classes are also conducted for poor and needy people to improve their standard of living. Additionally K.E.W.C.Society helps poor, widows\orphans and disabled people in various ways by supporting them. The K.E.W.C.Society works on humanitarian grounds and social welfares for every needy person in the backward and poor societies.
